Environmentally friendly paint, pay attention to the spraying environment, ensure oil and gas filtration through water curtain cabinets to reduce pollution, and employees wear gas masks for work

Print

We use advanced garment transfer printing machines, including multiple six color, four-color, and two-color transfer printing machines. The minimum line diameter for lines and text can be printed up to 0.10mm. We can adjust our etching technology for steel plates according to different patterns

Assemble

We complete the full assembly or semi assembly of train models in different proportions according to your requirements.

The assembly of train models is a very meticulous task, requiring the use of small tools such as tweezers and toothpicks in the assembly scene, which places extremely high demands on human vision.

Five pole motor

We specialize in producing five pole motors for O, HO, N, Z scale train models

Wheel set

Fully automatic and semi-automatic high-precision lathes, machining centers

Produce train model accessories or components such as wheels, shafts, cups, flywheels, pump handles, etc

Electric etching film

A fine train model also requires some accessories etched with brass or white rust steel to enhance the layering of the model. Our minimum etching width is 0.15mm, and the thinnest sheet is 0.05mm

Quality control

Standardize work documents, we focus on initial inspection, patrol inspection, and terminal inspection

The product must undergo 100% testing and inspection before it can be sent out
